Overview
HAO Contracting is building the project's first phase — the shell and core of the blocks, the structural steel, the MEP services to each unit and the stormwater and external works. The concept design is by Design Haus Medy.
Every package is tendered in the UAE and with factories in China, so the owner gets a clear comparison of price, quality and delivery before each award.
