How we buy

Every RFQ has a reference (e.g. 5E-RFQ-P02) and a fixed due date. Please quote in the requested format.

All quotes and questions go to procurement@haocontracting.ae — nothing agreed by phone counts until it is confirmed in writing.

Awards are made by HAO Contracting's owners only, on the basis of price, quality, programme and compliance.

Bank details are never changed by email. Any change must be confirmed by phone with our finance team.
